Role: Sr. Business Analyst - Workday & ServiceNow

Location: Remote

Contract: Long Term

Job Responsibilities: -

• Have a strong understanding of Workday functionality (both HCM and Finances), including Workday data structures (tables, data relationships – data mapping, data modeling), data sharing, data interoperability with other applications upstream and downstream

Mandatory skills

• 8+ years applicable senior BA experience in healthcare
• 3-5+ years’ Workday – some working knowledge of data internals etc. (see above)
• 1-2+ years ServiceNow – ideally with knowledge of the Configuration Management Database and a broad general knowledge of SN modules (HR, PPM etc.)
• Some experience working within a managed service where you could be sent to any BA need the client may have
• Expertise in Business Requirement elicitation, User Story documentation
• Need to be able to work concurrently projects and tasks
• Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
• Some experience with project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
• Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
• Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
• Workflow documentation – must have proficiency with Visio

Good to have skills: -

• Experience in working on CI/CD Pipelines using GitLab
