Role: ServiceNow GRC Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Engineer to design, develop, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will work on modules like IRM, TPRM, and Procurement, and help integrate ServiceNow with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, TPRM, Procurement).
• Develop workflows, forms, and reports.
• Implement role-based access controls and permissions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other tools using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs.
• Guide junior developers and provide user support.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, TPRM).
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide, Jelly scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
• Familiar with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
