Job description

• The Project Manager role involves overseeing various projects related to domestic and cross border cash payments with a specific focus on enhancing payment transparency through the adoption of ISO standards particularly ISO 20022.  This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to manage change initiatives and compliance efficiently
• Project Management Lead and manage multiple projects impacting cash payments ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• ISO Integration Implement and promote the adoption of ISO 20022 standards within payment systems ensuring compliance with global messaging formats.
• Stakeholder Engagement Maintain robust communication with internal team’s client’s regulatory bodies and operational stakeholders to facilitate project success.
• Change Management Oversee significant changes to processes systems and regulatory adherence in payment operations ensuring effective adoption of new practices.
• Reporting and Governance Provide regular updates and insights to management regarding project progress risks and key performance indicators
• Risk Assessment Identify potential risks associated with project execution and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met
