Job Title: SAP Project Manager with QA Background

Job Description:

We are hiring skilled Project Managers to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area for a critical project engagement with Apple. This role focuses on preparing relevant SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) artifacts and actively participating in project reviews with IS&T internal groups, testing, and business teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise managing large, cross-functional testing teams interacting with multiple backend systems and vendors, particularly within SAP environments including SAP SD, SAP HANA, SAP ABAP, and SAP Interfaces. Experience in Portfolio Planning and Management is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain all SDLC artifacts as required by the project scope.
• Support and participate in internal reviews with IS&T groups, testing teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage and lead testing teams across complex, multi-system environments, particularly SAP ecosystems.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases for SAP modules and integrated systems.
• Conduct validation and testing sessions across SAP SD, HANA, ABAP developments, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with business partners, developers, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues related to SAP functionalities and integrations.
• Coordinate end-to-end validation efforts involving various backend systems and vendors.
• Provide planning support for Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) activities.
• Independently manage tasks while adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD, SAP HANA, SAP ABAP, SAP Interfaces, and Portfolio Planning.
• Exceptional skills in documentation and communication.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with overall project goals.
• Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
