Job title: Business System Analyst with Banking domain

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in systems support, analytics, or operational support Preferred Experience
•  Trade Finance domain expertise or exposure to banking products/services
•  Knowledge of systems design and IT architecture, including microservices and integration frameworks
•  Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, with the ability to write complex SQL queries
•  Familiarity with BI tools or enterprise reporting frameworks
•  Working knowledge of ServiceNow or other IT ticketing systems
•  Experience with both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
•  Strong documentation and requirements-gathering skills across technical and non-technical audiences
•  Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
•  Comfortable working independently and asking clarifying questions when needed Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rotations
