Quality Assurance Tester

Location: Palm Beach County, FL (need local DL)

C2C Rate: DOE but try low as possible.

Visa: except h1b all visa are acceptable

We are seeking skilled and experienced testing personnel to join our team and conduct comprehensive testing across multiple platforms, including SAP, Web/Mobile, Agent Desktop Application, Salesforce, IVR, Case Management, and Field Operations systems. The testing services will cover various assessments such as Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Qualifications:

Proven experience in testing across various platforms including SAP, Web/Mobile, Agent Desktop Application, Salesforce, IVR, Case Management, and Field Operations systems.

Strong understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.

Excellent defect reporting and resolution skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and end-users.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
