Position: Junior Business Project/Program Manager

Duration: Long-term contract

Work Authorization: US Citizens Only

Location: Remote

Team works on these sort of projects: Oncology, NovaLogic, Medical rebates, Support maintenance, PBM Product projects = HUGE plus for her, Cost Saver/Discount Drug program experience, clinical, business maintenance, Development work streams, Combined medical benefits, Managed Network Strategy (NOT IT related networks, but more so the pharmacy side of the house)

·     Mid-level (2-5 years of exp)

·     Experience leading projects for large programs/projects (multiple at once)

·     Detail-oriented/Organized/someone who can go above and beyond to discover parts of projects that need assistance

·     Experience tracking/using project formulas and following a set process

·     Excel Experience, Clarity is a plus, Microsoft suite/TEAMs is what they use

·     Experience with basic admin-tasks/project planning/leading meetings/tracking projects and deadlines/follow ups

·     Eagerness – personality-wise to assist with 1-12 projects at once. No hand holding

·     Healthcare exp is a plus

·     Scrum certs are a plus

·     IT PM experience is not always transferable here, but she is ok at looking at a resume of someone who has that background
