Job description:

SAP BODS Consultant with 8 to 10 Years Experience

Specialization: SAP BODS ECC to S4HANA Data Migration

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute data migration activities using SAP BODS for ECC to S4HANA transitions

Design and develop ETL jobs workflows and data flows using BODS Designer

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data mapping cleansing and validation rules

Manage cutover planning mock runs and final data load activities

Ensure data quality and reconciliation postmigration

Prepare technical documentation and support audit and compliance requirements

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of migration milestones

Required Skills

8-10 years of experience in SAP BODSBODI with strong ETL and data migration background

Proven experience in at least 2 full cycle ECC to S4HANA migration projects

Expertise in SAP data structures IDOCs BAPIs and LTMC

Strong SQL skills and experience with performance tuning

Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI MM SD and HR for data object understanding

Experience with cutover strategy planning and execution

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
