Mandatory Skills:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in CMDB management, MID Server configuration, ITOM (IT Operations Management), API development, and advanced configurations like mTLS and Software Bill of Material (SBOM) modeling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.

• Deep expertise in configuring and managing the ServiceNow CMDB, including integrations and best practices.

• Proven track record in configuring MID Servers for data collection and integration tasks.

• Extensive experience with ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

• Advanced proficiency in creating and optimizing custom and out-of-the-box dashboards for monitoring and reporting.

• Strong experience with API development and integration using REST/SOAP frameworks.
