Position- Salesforce Solution Architect with Field Service and Flows exp, Local
Visa- No H1
Location- Sunnyvale, CA
Type- Hybrid (3 Days/week onsite)
- Project is currently in testing phase
- Looking for candidates with extensive field service implementation experience, proficiency in developing and debugging flows, and a preference for local candidates.
- The role involves working closely with vendors and DL standards architects, and the candidate should be able to start immediately with minimal training.
- Certification in field service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Looking for somebody who understands the field service really well, experience working in field service real field service implementations, at least one approved Field Service Implementation.
- Candidate should be good at hands on field service implementation.
- Not looking for a pro developer but looking for somebody who's really good at developing flows and debugging flows.
Primary Function of Position
- This position primary role is to work closely with the larger Customer Service / Field Service Organization Center of Excellence and with the internal IT Salesforce Architect to development and deploy new SFDC service-based solutions.
Essential Job Duties
- Implement new and enhance existing functionality including articulating requirements and translating them to effective solutions on Salesforce.com and related applications which support the following stakeholders: Field Service, Service Contracts, Technical Support and Customer Support.
