Job Title: SAP Program Manager (10+Years)

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP Program/Project Management experience, including full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven track record of migrating SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA Cloud in large-scale retail or eCommerce environments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Solution Manager, and integration frameworks.
• Strong grasp of Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices applied in SAP programs.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate, TOGAF, and enterprise transformation frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Experience managing global delivery models (onshore/offshore/nearshore).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; SAP certifications a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail commerce experience including omnichannel, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.
• Exposure to cloud hosting environments such as SAP HEC, AWS, or Azure for SAP workloads.
