We are seeking a Lead QA Test Analyst to support Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) initiatives. This role focuses on developing test strategies, executing test plans, and ensuring data quality for data warehouse projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in ETL testing, Snowflake, AWS, and Python/PySpark, and passionate about leveraging data as a strategic asset.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or military experience) in a related field.
• 5+ years of ETL testing experience in a data warehouse environment.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of experience with Snowflake and AWS Cloud.
• Experience leading QA analysts on project teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial services (banking) experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS S3/EC2/EMR, Snowsight, DataStage, Infogix, Tableau, and Azure DevOps.
