Job Title - Data Engineer

Contract – 6 months with possibility to extend

Hybrid, 3 days on site in Minneapolis – MUST live in Minneapolis area CURRENTLY

Job Description:

 Mandatory Skills Include:

-extremely strong communication and presentation skills – this person will be working closely with stakeholders ****

-Microsoft Tech Stack, Azure Cloud and Azure Data Factory

-Power BIF

-Fabric

-ETL & Data Engineering: medallion architecture implementation, and data modeling strategies and codes

-SQL Server

-PySpark

-Data Warehousing: SQL Server and schema designs, and how their approach differs from traditional schemas. Their DWH is slightly differently modelled compared to typical standard schemas in the industry but that is kind of custom loosely specific to them

-DevOps, version control git & CICD

-Agile & Requirements Gathering: experience handling business requirements and implement them in agile environments.
