Role: Lead RPA - Automation Anywhere - Experience working with the Coupa platform.

Job Descriptions:

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Collaborate with business to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for Coupa.

• Develop and document proposed solutions within Coupa, considering best practices and system capabilities.(Sourcing/Procurement Intake form (Guided buying), Sourcing templates, Approvals, Integrations etc)

• Participate in the design and execution of testing scenarios (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) .

Coupa Configuration and Customization:

• Design, configure, and implement solutions within the Coupa platform based on business requirements gathered from stakeholders.

• Configure core Coupa modules : Sourcing, Purchasing, CLMA etc

• Develop system configurations, workflows/Procurement Intake form (for Guided Buying), approval chains, User roles, Sourcing templates etc in Coupa.

• Support RPA initiative/Integration ( API payload creation, filter creation, API testing using Postman etc)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working with the Coupa platform, including configuration and integration.

• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices (Specially Source to Procure Process).

• Hands-on experience with configuring multiple Coupa modules (Sourcing, Contracting, CLMA).
