The ideal candidate will have strong Linux administration experience, automation expertise using Ansible, and a basic understanding of GPU and container technologies.
A MUST: Netplan remains the top-priority skill they are seeking. Candidates with strong experience in Netplan and Linux networking—specifically in configuring and managing network interfaces and settings will stand out.
Responsibilities:
Provisioning and Deployment of servers
Administer and troubleshoot Linux servers, including storage and network services
Automate server provisioning and infrastructure operations using Ansible
Perform basic network and storage diagnostics and troubleshooting
Manage and monitor Nvidia GPUs on servers (basic understanding required)
Maintain and update infrastructure and server documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams to resolve issues
Create and manage Ansible playbooks for bare metal systems management
Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure reliability and automation processes
Required Skill:
Strong Linux administration experience, including configuring and managing storage and network services.
Experience with Netplan and Linux networking – including configuring and managing network interfaces and settings on Linux
Basic knowledge of Nvidia GPU management in server environments
Experience with Ansible / Scripting tools for automation
Proficiency with GitHub for code and configuration management
Exposure to container technologies (e.g., Docker, Podman)
Strong troubleshooting skills for both network and storage issues
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
