Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: ? Design, build, and maintain robust infrastructure on AWS using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible. ? Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to implement automated CI/CD pipelines for consistent, reliable deployments. ? Manage and scale Kubernetes (EKS) clusters to support containerized applications in production. ? Ensure infrastructure security by implementing IAM best practices, encryption protocols, and network hardening. ? Knowledge on hashicorp tools such as Consul and Vault and their integration with Kubernetes. ? Provide support for infrastructure-related incidents, root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes. ? Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. ? Familiarity with serverless services (e.g., AWS Lambda) and event-driven architectures. ? Implement infrastructure monitoring and observability using tools such as Datadog, with a focus on performance tuning and proactive alerting. ? Enforce cloud security best practices, leveraging tools such as Qualys, Wiz, and AWS GuardDuty to ensure threat detection and compliance. ? Integrate and manage HashiCorp tools such as Consul and Vault, including secure secrets management and Kubernetes integration. ? Build and manage Kubernetes clusters on EKS, including networking, security, and upgrades. ? Implement patch management strategies for Linux environments to ensure compliance and security. Must-Have Qualifications: ? 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer or related role. ? Strong expertise in Terraform and infrastructure automation. ? Proven hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, ELB, etc.). ? Production-level experience managing and operating Kubernetes clusters (preferably EKS). ? Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, including experience with tools like Jenkins, Git, or GitLab CI. ? Expertise in patch management strategies, including automated patching in EC2, EKS workloads, and Linux systems. ? Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks. ? Experience with configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Helm). ? Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across infrastructure, networking, and application layers. Nice to Have: ? Experience with HashiCorp Vault, Consul, or secrets management tools. ? Familiarity with cloud security tools (e.g., GuardDuty, Wiz, Qualys). ? AWS Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer). Exposure to CDN configuration (e.g., CloudFront) and content optimization strategies.
