Job Title: MFG Solution Architect

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Mandatory Skills:

• Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations and industrial automation
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems integration including:
• MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• SCADA, PLCs, HMI, DCS
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and QMS (Quality Management Systems)
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and edge computing
• Knowledge of data modeling, integration patterns (APIs, middleware, OPC-UA)
• Understanding of cybersecurity in OT/IT environments
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies: IIoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins
• Proven ability to lead solution architecture across complex manufacturing ecosystems
