10+ years of experience in design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an n-tier architecture;
Strong background in object-oriented development techniques;
Experience with database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server), SQL tuning;
Experience with development source control (Azure Dev Ops);
Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects;
Experience as an expert/lead technical role;
Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments;
An in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs;
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies;
Experience with support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues;
Experience with assisting with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements;
Experience with setting up continuous integration capabilities;
Experience with setting up builds, transformations and deployment configurations for each environment;
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with .Net 4.5 and higher,Visual Studio 2015 or higher
Experience in writing technical documentation;
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with .NET 8.0, ASP.NET MVC Razor pages for developing dynamic web applications;
Experience in Bootstrap, jQuery and other mobile friendly interfaces for responsive UI;Experience with Angular JS to create interactive and data driven applications;
Experience with NLog for application logging and IText for generating pdf documents;
Knowledge of ADA compliance requirements and experience with tools/techniques for ensuring web accessibility.
Experience in Oracle Database management and TSQL for data manipulation and retrieval;
Experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment, and Azure App Services for deploying cloud-native applications;
Ability to implement analytics solutions and use Redis and Elastic Search for distributed caching to enhance application speed and reliability;
Experience in using wireframe software to create prototype.
