Project Overview

We are looking for someone with strong Scrum Master with Siemens OpCenter MES experience who can implement OSCAR Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to enable Electronic Batch Records (EBR) with ERP integration for BPG SUD Logan and Nashville Manufacturing sites.

Currently, SUD relies on a paper-based lot record system, which introduces inefficiencies in creation, completion, management, and storage. This project aims to transition to a fully electronic batch record (EBR) system, supporting the organization’s broader digital transformation initiative. The solution will optimize productivity, improve operational efficiency, enhance quality, and enable data-driven decision-making across manufacturing operations.

Role Scope / Responsibilities

The IT Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through Agile Scrum-based project execution across all phases of the program, including development, configuration, deployment, and site rollout.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Coaching teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices

• Collaborating with IT Project Managers, business stakeholders, operations, quality, and development teams

• Managing and maintaining Agile artifacts using Scrum management tools (Jira)

• Enabling visibility into project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics

• Removing impediments and driving continuous improvement

• Supporting post-development implementation, including EBR configuration, deployments, and site rollouts

• Coordinating activities across multiple teams and manufacturing locations
