ServiceNow Developer
Location- San Antonio, TX (5 Days Onsite)
Mandatory Skills: Employee Center Pro, SNOW, Service platform
2 developers will be involved in core development and 1 developer will be acting as a lead and work with key stakeholders for req gathering and process work.
JD:
Hands on 4+ experience with ServiceNow EC Pro and Now Mobile
Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on user experience, Employee Center Pro, Now Mobile, Knowledge Management, integration technology
Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.
Proven experience in at least one design, architect, and implementation Employee Center Pro on ServiceNow
Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration off Employee Center Pro and No Mobile
Map customer’s business problems to ServiceNow solutions
Strong understanding of Employee service portals and self-service technologies
Experience in working with Service Now Knowledge Management and well versed with its taxonomy
Lead workshops to understand customer’s business imperatives, technology landscape and transformation priorities and recommend right fit solution, architecture, and best practices.
