Job Summary:

We are looking for a Java Developer with hands-on experience in the Instabase platform to join our Intelligent Automation team. This role blends core backend development expertise in Java with deep experience in the Instabase ecosystem, enabling intelligent document processing and automation solutions at scale.

You will work on high-impact projects involving RPA/IDP integrations, cloud deployment, and frontend/backend collaboration, playing a key role in designing scalable, intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance intelligent automation solutions using Instabase and Java.
• Integrate Instabase with leading RPA/IDP platforms such as UiPath, ABBYY, Automation Anywhere, and Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Design and implement APIs and backend logic using Java and optionally Python or Node.js.
• Collaborate with frontend developers (React/TypeScript) and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Instabase-powered solutions.
• Implement best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and cloud-native architecture.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Instabase (development, deployment, support).

• 5 years of industry experience with server-side frameworks eg Python Go Nodejs Java.
• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and backend frameworks.
• Proficiency in working with RPA/IDP platforms:
• UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
• ABBYY FlexiCapture/Vantage, Azure AI Document Intelligence, UiPath Document Understanding
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
