Role: SAP CX Service Core Extensibility Tech Lead / Architect

Location - Remote (Fremont, CA). Candidate will work from client office up to twice a month or on need basis.

Job summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in SAP CX Service Core Extensibility, ECC SD, MM, FICO, and SAP CRM - Service.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP FICO and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

10+ Years of experience is Mandatory

Qualifications -

- Must have extensive experience in SAP CX Service Core Extensibility.

- Should have proven experience in SAP FICO.

- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP CX Service Core Extensibility solutions to meet business requirements.

- Oversee the integration of SAP ECC SD, MM, and FICO modules to ensure seamless operations.

- Provide expert guidance on SAP CRM - Service to enhance customer relationship management processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy SAP FICO solutions.

- Ensure the alignment of SAP solutions with business goals and objectives.

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP solutions.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP modules.

- Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.

- Participate in project planning and management activities.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
