We are looking for a profile with Cisco’s Order Management and Subscription experience. Below is the JD

Order Management (Cisco Hardware & Software):

• A strong understanding of Cisco's ordering platforms—Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) and Business-to-Business (B2B) ordering systems—is essential for efficiently managing Cisco hardware, software, and subscription orders.
• Manage and monitor orders using Cisco CCW, ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), and Salesforce (SFDC) throughout the order lifecycle.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve order holds related to credit checks, export compliance, configuration errors, and other booking constraints.
• Post-Sales Support & Lifecycle Management

• Strong Understanding of Logistics and Returns Processes
• Fair understanding about Contract Management activities such as entitlement, MACD transactions etc.
• Track subscription renewals, usage, and true-ups.

Subscription Management (SaaS, EA, Smart Accounts):

• Strong understanding of Cisco Subscription Management, including lifecycle activities: activation, renewal, billing, and deactivation
• Support quoting and provisioning of Cisco subscriptions, licenses, and software offerings
• Proficient in Cisco tools: Smart Accounts, EA Workspace, CCW-R, and Subscription Billing Platform

Reporting and Analytics:

• Skilled in creating reports using Business Objects and Tableau for orders, backlog, and case management
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on order status, revenue, and subscription performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in order management or subscription operations, preferably with Cisco or its partners
• Familiar with Cisco’s product portfolio: hardware, software, collaboration, and security
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Salesforce, and quoting tools
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Capable of handling workload across global regions and time zones
