Position: System Administrator
Location: Torrance, CA- Onsite
Duration: 6+ Months
Required Skills:
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
