Role: UI/UX Designer (Quality Assurance Analyst),

Scope of Work:

  • Provide strategic guidance on UI design and requirements aligned with program goals.
  • Apply user-centered design methodologies during collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and present mockups and wireframes that reflect clear user pathways.
  • Champion the user experience throughout the design and development lifecycle.
  • Oversee daily UX activities, incorporating stakeholder feedback into design decisions.
  • Serve as the Testing Lead, ensuring comprehensive QA processes across the project.
  • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and implement design improvements.
  • Develop and lead automation test strategies and frameworks.
  • Design, code, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate with manual testers to identify and convert test cases for automation.
  • Conduct code reviews and validate the quality of automated scripts.
  • Mentor and support the QA team on automation best practices.
  •  

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI design, mockups, and wireframes.
  • Proficient in writing test plans, test cases, and reporting bugs.
  • Strong communication skills for relaying bugs to developers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable test plans.
  • Track record of identifying high-impact defects efficiently.
  • Experience with Quality Management Software and QA processes.
  • Solid grasp of the technical and business process aspects of software systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
  • Background in both manual and automated testing environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile development cycles and collaborative QA practices.

Education:


Bachelor’s Degree in UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
