Job Summary:

Elevance Health is looking for a Mid-Level Pega Admin to manage and support Pega applications across different environments. This role involves maintaining system performance, handling installations and upgrades, and ensuring stability of the Pega platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor Pega environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
• Install, configure, and upgrade Pega software
• Work with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
• Troubleshoot issues (logs, performance, integrations)
• Automate deployments using CI/CD tools and scripts
• Apply patches and updates
• Maintain documentation and support procedures

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT/infrastructure/application support experience
• 6+ years of Pega admin experience
• Pega Admin Certification is required
• Strong knowledge of Pega platform, servers (Tomcat/WebSphere), and databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL/SQL Server)
• Experience with Linux/Unix, scripting (Shell/Python), and monitoring tools
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
