Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Analyst to lead efforts in optimizing Equinix.com to drive top-of-funnel growth and convert prospects to marketing qualified leads. You will work closely within a cross-functional web team, which includes designers, engineers, and content publishers, to optimize web performance, landing pages, and funnel personalization. The Senior Web Analyst will report directly to the Director, Web Strategy within the Digital Marketing and Demand Generation department.

Required Skills -   

  • 5+ years in data-focused roles (excluding internships), with strong expertise in growing marketing qualified leads for B2B companies.
  • Experience leveraging analytics for landing page optimization, full-funnel experimentation, and measurement.
  • Ability to develop and implement web analytics frameworks to track user behavior, engagement, and conversion trends across landing pages and the full funnel.
  • Prior experience utilizing and owning third-party web analytics and optimization tools (e.g., GA/G4, GTM, SQL, Tableau, Adobe Target, etc.) to analyze web behavior and conversion attribution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A focus on impact/ outcomes – you go beyond insights and recommendations to see your work through to execution, driving measurable change in the business.

Job Duties -   

  • Own reporting, analysis, and measurement strategies to track and optimize performance for Equinix.com, including regional recommendations for a website localized in 9 different languages.
  • Drive growth by contributing towards experiment ideation, along with identifying patterns across web analytics and personalization to uncover high-impact growth opportunities.
  • Stay on top of performance metrics and KPIs, gaining a deep understanding of the business, our product, and customers to explain trends and drive actionable insights.
  • Build strong partnerships. Collaborate across Web, Paid Media, Demand Operations, and Brand Strategy to ensure your insights drive real impact.
  • Ask "why" a lot—your curiosity and data skills will push the boundaries of what we understand and how we grow.
