Position: Lead Mobile Developer
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote is okay, Local is preferred)
Overview:
We are seeking top-tier iOS and Android Lead Developers with proven leadership experience and strong communication skills to lead onshore teams. The ideal candidates will have expertise in credit card, payment processing, and mobile banking applications, specifically with Chase Bank or similar financial institutions. Airline industry experience (Alaska Air, American, United, Delta, British Airways, etc.) is a major plus.
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects in the fintech and payment processing space, requiring individuals who can navigate the iOS and Android app stores effectively. Only the best of the best will be considered.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of mobile development experience (iOS or Android)
Multiple instances of leading onshore teams in enterprise settings
Strong experience in financial services (credit card, mobile banking, payment processing)
Expert knowledge of App Store & Google Play Store navigation
Exceptional communication skills (must be charismatic, smooth, and persuasive)
Proven ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders
Experience with Chase Bank or similar institutions is highly preferred
Aviation industry experience is a huge plus
