Position: Lead Mobile Developer

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote is okay, Local is preferred)

Overview:

We are seeking top-tier iOS and Android Lead Developers with proven leadership experience and strong communication skills to lead onshore teams. The ideal candidates will have expertise in credit card, payment processing, and mobile banking applications, specifically with Chase Bank or similar financial institutions. Airline industry experience (Alaska Air, American, United, Delta, British Airways, etc.) is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onshore development teams for iOS or Android projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Architect, design, and develop enterprise-level mobile applications in the financial sector.
• Enhance customer experience by optimizing payment processing and mobile banking applications.
• Ensure compliance with app store guidelines for both iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to build seamless user experiences.
• Work closely with credit card and online payment systems, ensuring security and efficiency.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders, providing updates and strategic insights.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of mobile development experience (iOS or Android)

Multiple instances of leading onshore teams in enterprise settings

Strong experience in financial services (credit card, mobile banking, payment processing)

Expert knowledge of App Store & Google Play Store navigation

Exceptional communication skills (must be charismatic, smooth, and persuasive)

Proven ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders

Experience with Chase Bank or similar institutions is highly preferred

Aviation industry experience is a huge plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in airline applications (Alaska Air, United, Delta, etc.)
• Strong understanding of mobile security standards in fintech
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for mobile applications
• Agile/Scrum project leadership experience
