Responsibility :-
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and related platform products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ, and CRM Analytics.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development and automation tools, such as Flow, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and SOQL.
- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products and other 3rd party products used for functionality such as document generation, electronic signature, surveys, form builders, etc.
- A minimum of 4 years of high-tech industry, product engineering and/or IT work experience.
Degree, Certifications Required & Years of Experience Required:
- Required Industry
- certifications for Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Administrator,
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Preferred industry certifications for Salesforce: Salesforce Certified App Builder,
- Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, document, and implement high quality learning system applications on time that perform according to specifications and requirements documents
- Analyze performance of programs and takes action to correct deficiencies
- Develop and adhere to development standards that allow for the maintainability of code in a manner that supports team development
- Participate in the modification of software applications or architecture to resolve issues and plan for future growth
- Participate in code reviews and meetings as necessary
- Provide a minimum of weekly status report updates for current projects
- Develop and manage effective working relationships with other departments, groups and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate respect for others
