Position: BPM Architect (Locals or Near by states only)

Description:

• Exposure to the BPM Platforms: Service Now and Power platform preferrable
• Should have extensive experience in defining the best practices and implementing a governance model for BPM Automation program Strong understanding of BPM methodologies, workflow automation, business process optimization, process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN) and system integration methodologies.
• Has experience in implementing BPM programs from scratch to operationalization and BAU
• Excellent communication skills. Should be able to talk to Business and prioritize the Automation use cases based on the Customer requirements
• Should have a good understanding of the Banking processes
