Position: Release Manager

Location: Plano, TX - Onsite

Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills:

• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• End-to-end lifecycle management of network infrastructure delivery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Experience managing resources across FTE/FTC/vendors.
• Exceptional client interfacing and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across different time zones and weekends.
• Accountable for end-to-end technical or solution delivery.
• Responsible for STI/Release and Deployment phases.
• Knowledge of risk tracking, change management, and release calendar management.
• Ability to manage conflict, resolve scheduling issues, and communicate progress clearly.

Desired Skills:

• Data Center, DMZ, SD-WAN, Cloud, Virtualized services.
• Network appliances, Video, VoIP, Unified Communications, Collaboration.
• Cabling systems, Public/private transport systems, WAN, LTE, Optical systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or relevant technical training.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical role supporting network projects/programs.
• PMP and ITIL certifications preferred; CCNA is a plus.
• Strong background in IT service delivery.
• Prior experience in Financial Services (Banking/Investment Banking/Insurance) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, data creation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with CAB and Change Management processes.
