We are looking for 2 Sr. highly skilled Infrastructure Engineers with expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Application Virtualization.

These engineers will augment in the existing team and focus on critical areas, including AWS Workspaces, application virtualization technologies, and secure browser (Island.io) deployment.

These roles are a key technical support position responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to internal users, including a large influx of seasonal employees, contract workers on a variety of issues related to endpoint devices, cloud infrastructure, and software applications.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach.

This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth IT operations and end-user satisfaction, especially during peak periods.
