Primary Function of this Position: -
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS and Instance Management).
- Good Communication and should jointly work as a team member
- This Candidate should have worked on SaaS, PaaS and Instance Management and should have knowledge of technical skills as mentioned below:

- Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC
- Oracle Cloud Interfaces
- SOAP Webservices
- REST API
- FBDI (File Based Data Import)
- BI Publisher reports (Migration and Reporting structure in Oracle)
- OTBI Reporting & Dashboards
- SQL & PL/SQL
- Storage Cloud
- VBCS
- BICC (Optional)
- Should have knowledge of Single Sign-on in Cloud. How it works and how it is configured
- Knowledge of migrating objects to Oracle Cloud Production and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Should have good knowledge of Oracle documentation (like Design Document, Technical document, Migration Document etc.)
- Should have knowledge of Oracle SaaS Instance Management and Planning.
- Should be able to strategize Instances refreshes.
- Should have knowledge on how to Co-ordinate with Oracle and Raise Oracle Cloud SR
- Should be able to co-ordinate independently with required Business users or owners for issue resolution
- Support system integrations with other enterprise systems.
- OIC Developer who can develop OIC Integration and also Support OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) based automated and scheduled jobs.
- Actively Involved in Debugging OIC integration related issue and suggest resolution for the same.
- Knowledge of OIC Security access
- Knowledge of OIC Infrastructure and should have in depth knowledge of OIC.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend best practices for process improvements within the OIC.
- Well versed with multi-currency & multi-language Oracle Enterprise set up.
- Well versed with financial close process.
- Develop and troubleshoot interfaces between Oracle and other applications (both Oracle and non-Oracle systems).
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting issues.
- Implement system enhancements and customizations as needed based on business requirements.
- Triage production support tickets and prioritize with business’s input.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and coordinating with users for UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Migration of OIC integration, configure OIC Connectors.
- Migration of BIP, OTBI, OIC Report from one instance to another with security roles and make sure those are accessible to Business Users.
- Knowledge of Code Repository like Git (code versioning).
- Should have knowledge of ESS Jobs scheduling in Oracle Cloud environment.
Additional Skills: -
- Knowledge of help desk tools like Service now, JIRA.
