Location: Tampa, FL(Remote)

Pay rate is $57/hr on c2c (Non-negotiable)

Job description:

* 12+ Years’ experience, ASP.NET, Reactor Angular (preferred), SQL, Mongo DB

* Leading and managing a team of.NET developers, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.

* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.

* Designing and architecting scalable and robust software solutions using the .NET framework.

* Developing and coding software applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other.NET technologies.

* Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

* Troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues, and implementing effective solutions.

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as quality assurance, to ensure software quality and performance.

* Keeping up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommending their adoption where applicable.

* Mentoring and coaching junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering their professional growth.

* Assisting in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
