• Proven ability to lead complex projects and conduct FIT-GAP analysis.
• Excellent documentation skills, including creating BPD, FS, and other
technical documents.
• Exclusive req to Apex with exclusive interview times on Monday 4/28.

Excellent communication skills and extensive experience with VISTEX is a

Job Description
Position Overview: The SAP Vistex Consultant will play a crucial role in
supporting and upgrading the client's SAP S4 HANA 1909 system. The ideal
candidate will have at least 5 years of experience using SAP Vistex and
will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of
Vistex modules to optimize sales rebates, chargebacks, and incentives.
Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Lead the SAP Vistex architecture for the client's
merger project, combining requirements from two companies into a new SAP
S4 HANA 1909 system.
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct business workshops with client business
users and stakeholders to gather requirements for SAP Vistex.
• FIT-GAP Analysis: Identify requirements and determine if solutions are
provided by standard SAP or require custom enhancements.
• Documentation: Create Business Process Design (BPD) documents,
Business Process Flow Diagrams, and Functional Specification (FS)
documents, including configuration, interface, report, and data
conversion for SAP Vistex functionalities.
• Configuration: Configure SAP S4 Hana VISTEX (V4CORE 22.0) modules to
perform customer sales rebates, incentives, and billbacks. Tasks include
defining number ranges, condition types, access sequences, pricing
procedures, partner determination, agreement types, and more.
• Custom Enhancements: Develop custom solutions for agreement
enhancements, calculations, and calculation run postings. This includes
adding custom tabs, performing agreement checks, and designing custom
solutions for prepaid amounts.
• Interfacing: Work on interfacing data from and to SAP, including
integrating sales volumes and pricing data from external systems.
• Reporting: Develop custom Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) related reports,
such as buyout reports, settlement reconciliation reports, and rebate
detail reports.
• Data Conversion: Convert data from legacy systems (ECC, 1610, Oracle,
NVision, IPS) to the new SAP S4 HANA system, including active agreements
and volumes.
• Support: Address day-to-day issues and enhancements to support
business operations.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
