Title : AI / ML & Gen AI Senior Engineer

Location : Coppell, Texas ( Hybrid ) - Locals preferred or Nearby states.

Work Mode : Hybrid – Working from office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Interview Process:

1. Recruitment Prescreening – 20-minute intro video call

2. Technical Interview – 30–45 minutes video call

3. Customer Call – 45–60 minutes video call

Experience:

• 13+ years of hands-on experience in data solution architecture and implementation in AI

• Minimum 7 years in advanced analytics, AI, or data science roles

• Proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale AI/ML solutions, preferably in AWS and Azure

• 2+ years of experience with Generative AI solutions and building data-driven solutions in large organizations

• 2+ years of experience in Handling data from Snowflake and other data sources to build AI solutions

Must Have :

*Overall 13+ year experience required

*Must look for AI/ML Engineers– hands on engineers who design, develop, and implement – not a solution architects, we need hands on Engineers.

*Must – they should have handled data from snowflake

*Must - Familiar with Snowflake Medallion Architecture, the panel can prep him additionally

*2 yrs Gen-AI experience - You will use your expertise to create and scale innovative GenAI solutions, including chatbot development.

*Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Scala, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
