Role: Business Analyst With Java (Local To CA )

Locations: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or

candidates from Nearby states only.

Job Description:

•      We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a

strong understanding of Java-based systems to bridge the gap between

business needs and technical solutions.

•      The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering requirements,

analyzing business processes, and working closely with development teams

to implement Java-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

•      Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document

business requirements.

•      Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

•      Work closely with Java developers to ensure requirements are clearly

understood and implemented.

•      Participate in system design discussions and provide input from a

business perspective.

•      Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.

•      Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance of developed

solutions.

•      Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions

if needed.

•      Support project management activities including timelines,

deliverables, and reporting.
