· Experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, leading the development team and serving as the main point of contact for Business Stakeholders
· 4+ years of experience in the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions
· ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification
· ITIL Foundations certification in v3 or later
· Need Candidate LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
- • Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.
- • Ensure the quality and efficiency of ServiceNow solutions.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.
- • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective
- ServiceNow solutions.
- • Design custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, proposing enhancements and
- upgrades.
- • Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow capabilities to optimize business processes.
- • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- • 4+ years of experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM,
- SecOps) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities.
- • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for
- software design.
- • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and
- senior management.
- • Holds an active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification
- • Holds an active ITIL Foundations certification in v3 or later.
- • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
