Job Title- Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location- Miramar, FL - Local preferred, relocation considered

Duration- 6+ Months CTH

Interview- Zoom, 2 rounds

·      Must have excellent, clear communication

·     Experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, leading the development team and serving as the main point of contact for Business Stakeholders

·     4+ years of experience in the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions

·     ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification

·     ITIL Foundations certification in v3 or later

·     Need Candidate LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

  • • Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • • Ensure the quality and efficiency of ServiceNow solutions.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.
  • • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective
  • ServiceNow solutions.
  • • Design custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, proposing enhancements and
  • upgrades.
  • • Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow capabilities to optimize business processes.
  • • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • • 4+ years of experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM,
  • SecOps) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities.
  • • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for
  • software design.
  • • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and
  • senior management.
  • • Holds an active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification
  • • Holds an active ITIL Foundations certification in v3 or later.
  • • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
