Position: SharePoint Migration

Locations: Omaha, NE (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

Required skills:

• SharePoint Online to SharePoint Online (tenant-to-tenant) migration.
• Microsoft Teams Migration.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ShareGate Migration Tool.

Desired Skills:

• Pre-migration assessments and risk mitigation.
• Metadata, permissions, version history preservation.
• ShareGate reporting and post-migration validation.
• Stakeholder coordination and migration scheduling.
• Security & compliance handling (sensitivity labels, governance).
• Legacy system upgrades & tenant migrations.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Migration log analysis, audit reports, and troubleshooting.
• End-user support, documentation, and adoption enablement.
