•Support for GPL - Deliverable review, KDD analysis recommendation, follow up with business team members. Coordinate interaction with project team.

•OTC - OM – CIR (Customer Issue Resolution)

•Knowledge: Understanding of Intercompany, sending out of invoices, collections,

•Complaint handling and returns, accounts receivable etc
