Epic PM – Enterprise Radiant Rollout

Epic Radiant Project Manager-Acts as primary liaison for highly complex initiatives and with organization impact. Develops strategy for project execution. Sets and drives goals and timelines. Communicates plans and status to stakeholders, including team, sponsors and executive leadership. Drives accountability around commitments across project teams. Researches, performs analysis, compiles data, and advises leadership relative to long- or short-term strategies. Presents design proposals to stakeholders for approval. Mentors team regarding Epic Radiant design and build topics.

Programs: Epic Radiant, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 360

Must have:

• Extensive knowledge of Epic Radiant with implementation experience at a multi-hospital system
• Strong written & verbal skills
• Ability to maintain expected timelines and escalate as appropriate
• Ability to lead teams of multiple skillsets and knowledge areas to completion of project strategy
• Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, resourceful, possess interpersonal skills and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
