Job Title: ServiceNow Admin
Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Work Authorization: US Citizens or Green Card Holders only
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between business users and ServiceNow development teams
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Lead and guide ServiceNow implementation and enhancement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution demos
- Perform ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for platform improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst working with development teams
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- ITIL Foundation v3 or later certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
