Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of implementing and managing IT Service Management solutions using ServiceNow. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions that enhance IT Service Management processes using ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow applications and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to ensure the organization leverages the platform effectively.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITBM modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
  • Experience with database management and SQL.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow ITSM.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
