• Minimum 5-years of experience in Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
• Configure and customize Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation & Performance modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Experience in integrations and reporting
• Configure Compensation Plans like Bonus, Merit, and Stock Plans
• Roll out compensation plans to eligible employees.
• Process year-end compensation review for employees including merit awards, bonus plans with performance factors, and grant stock.
• Manage exceptions in compensation review.
• Generate Compensation Review Statement.
