- Minimum 5-years of experience in Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
- Configure and customize Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation & Performance modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Experience in integrations and reporting
- Configure Compensation Plans like Bonus, Merit, and Stock Plans
- Roll out compensation plans to eligible employees.
- Process year-end compensation review for employees including merit awards, bonus plans with performance factors, and grant stock.
- Manage exceptions in compensation review.
- Generate Compensation Review Statement.
