Must have technical Skills:

1. Automation Testing Tools: Expertise in modern automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
2. Manual Testing: Proficiency in manual testing processes for validation and defect identification.
3. Test Documentation: Strong skills in creating and maintaining comprehensive testing documentation.
4. Testing Execution: Experience in planning, executing, and validating tests.
5. Defect Tracking and Reporting: Ability to track, document, and report quality assurance metrics such as defects and test results.
6. Programming/Scripting: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or other languages) for developing automation scripts.
7. CI/CD Integration: Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
8. Quality Metrics: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing defect counts, test results, and test statuses.

Soft Skills:

1. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and communicate them effectively for resolution.
2. Collaboration: Strong team-oriented mindset to work dynamically with development and business teams.
3. Documentation: Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting and presenting test plans and findings.

Domain-Specific Knowledge:

2. Production Environment Experience: Familiarity with working in or testing systems within a production environment.

Tools/Environment:

1. SGWS Tools and Environment: Experience with or ability to quickly adapt to the Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits (SGWS) specific tools and processes (if applicable).
