Required:

Basic Qualifications:

• Familiarity and expertise with Agile principles and frameworks, including story writing and estimation, facilitation, and identification and implementation of continuous improvement (CI).
• Experience working and proficiency in performing the role of Scrum Master.
• Expertise in facilitation and tracking of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), prioritization, backlog refinement, and specialty workshops.
• Proven capabilities in: (i) delivery, (ii) reporting and metrics, (iii) Agile toolchains (Jira, Jira Align, Miro, etc.).
• Certified Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience in serving as a Scrum Master within the financial services industry on multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the team(s) lives Agile values and principles and follow the processes and practices agreed-upon to deliver the committed solutions.
• Responsible for promoting and supporting Agile principles by helping everyone understand applied theories, practices, rules, and value.
• True servant leader who serves the team(s) and larger organization.
• Supports those outside the aligned team(s) to understand which of interactions with the team(s) are effective and which aren’t; helps everyone change these interactions to improve the value built by the Agile team.
• Supports all aspect of risk management and impediment resolution.
