Position: FileNet Developer

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience upgrading FileNet P8 from version 5.2.1.0 to 5.5.8.
• Installation of FileNet environments across DEV (1 server), PT (6 servers), and PROD (6 servers).
• Case Analyzer upgrade and support across environments.
• Experience supporting application teams in resolving issues related to custom application connectivity with upgraded FileNet 5.5.8.
• Expertise in setting up and configuring Routing Component Integrator, Process Task Manager, and pruning events.
• Skilled in validating installed tasks and components.

Desired Skills:

• Good knowledge of the insurance domain.
• Familiarity with document production applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the FileNet upgrade and environment setup across all tiers.
• Troubleshoot and support integration with custom applications.
• Configure and validate critical FileNet components post-upgrade.
• Collaborate with application teams and ensure stable deployment.
