Job Description:

10+ years of experience overall across Supply Chain processes.

Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix.

Technical skills - Mandatory

• 8+ years of experience in SAP EWM with proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP EWM solutions in an enterprise environment and history of multiple deployments.
• Good knowledge of SAP main logistic modules (SD, PP, MM, PM), including integration across modules and integration with EWM
• Good knowledge of SAP coding, capacity to debug/understand existing code
• Experience with Middleware/Legacy system integrations

Soft skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business users, development teams and senior management.
• Strong experience in gathering and analysing user requirements, translating them into actionable product features.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and address complex issues and challenges related to the SAP product.
• Proactive attitude towards driving continuous improvement of the SAP product and processes.
