Role: MDM Tech Lead/Architect

Location: Burbank, CA (Onsite)

Job Description

• Technical lead for database, MDM & UDM related queries for offshore team and works closely with Data Architect, ETL team and customer stakeholders.
• Helps in troubleshoot & bring in best practices in MDM, ETL ( Performance) & Data Migration & assists teams in Test Validation & participates in customer testing feedback implementation
• Make critical & guide technical decisions and provide direction on technology choices. Oversee code quality & ensure best practices are followed.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members, helping them grow their skills. Assign tasks & responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
• Ensure that all technical activities are aligned with project goals & timelines. Track project progress & address any issue that arise.
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers & other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Ensure effective communication within the team & with external parties
