Role: Business System Analyst
Duration: Long Term
Location: Warren, NJ (3 days Hybrid)
Note: Should have experience in policy side of P&C insurance domain.
Responsibilities:
- 8+ years’ experience in business analysis for technology solutions
- Experience in Agile methodology processes, practices, and artifacts.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Acts as a liaison between the business and technical organization in planning, directing, and analyzing complex business problems.
- Manages and prepares system backlog for prioritization
- Leads sessions to elicit requirements and creates detailed business requirement documents and obtains stakeholder signoff.
- Creates functional framework in Jira for projects; manages requirement delivery following agile best practices.
- Excellent ability to perform and document analysis of complex business, workflow, and technology processes to support development
- Support UAT Ops test planning activities
- Ability to understand and document system integrations within the insurance ecosystem
